“Read before you book this place and number 4 they are all rubbish they will blame on you they just rip you off”

Nothing was clean, and they blamed us for the mess. They didn’t let us in until 7 pm and were very rude.

“Nice accomadation with very pleasant other guests almost homely”

I wasn’t expecting breakfast because it wasn’t included in the booking. However, there were no towels or toilet paper.

Police and gas engineers came, and I had to move to the next street where the shower leaked through the downstairs electricals. It was very noisy, and the area felt dodgy and unsafe.

There was a bit of cleanliness. A very rude guest made me stand for an hour waiting for an access code while I was freezing outside, even though I had paid in full the previous day.

I received no information about my stay, slept on a chair in the house on Sunday until 1:15 am, and will never book with them again. Ideally they should refund me for one night; I’m still very angry about what happened.
