“Mejor imposible”

My stay at Casa Luz del Mar exceeded my expectations. The place had the charm I was looking for: peace, solitude, spectacular sea views from the saltwater pool and from the room, and a private beach of stones with a very particular allure. The room I stayed in had all the necessary comforts and was very spacious. The little town of Cuatunalco has several small shops and local restaurants. But the biggest charm is Diego’s care and dedication—polite, respectful, concerned about guests’ well‑being, and a good cook! A true host for a privileged spot in Huatulco with a lot of charm.

“A beautiful, peaceful cliffside stay with incredible ocean views.”

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cliff‑side location was absolutely beautiful—we could hear the waves crashing below, and having a private beach made it feel even more special. Our room had two walls of windows, giving us incredible views and plenty of natural light. It was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also loved that the food was made from scratch—a nice touch that meant a lot to us. A beautiful, peaceful place to stay with amazing views and genuinely lovely people. The pool area was beautiful, but the pool itself wasn’t very inviting; the water was quite warm, so it wasn’t especially refreshing in the heat. The Wi‑Fi in this area is not good.

It’s a super quiet place with a sea visit. When we went, there was no internet and water problems. The pool is very salty.
