We experienced an absolutely wonderful stay at Snow King Hotel! The room was very spacious, spotless, and ideal for our family with two young children. What made our visit truly special was the incredible hospitality from the owner and staff—they invited us to lunch and dinner, assisted with laundry, and went far beyond our expectations. I need to eat strictly gluten‑free, so they even went to the supermarket to buy gluten‑free items just for me and prepared delicious meals I could safely enjoy. This is genuine Georgian hospitality at its best. We arrived as guests but were treated like family. ❤️ Thank you for making our time in Bakuriani so special—we would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels in the region, with lunch and dinner buffets at a very reasonable price. Its location is close to the city center and markets, and it’s excellent for kids with activities, a sauna, a toilet, and air‑conditioned rooms. Check‑in and check‑out are easy, all requests are met, and the owner even helps choose the menu (chicken kabob) from the very beginning. Everything is wonderful.

The place is clean, the furniture is new, and the service is refined—especially from Mrs. Am Maryam and the assistant manager, Mrs. Am Maryam, who were better than anyone I’ve dealt with. I had a medical emergency, was transferred to the hospital, and they insisted on accompanying my son to the hospital; they were very kind to us until the hospital visit was over. There’s a restroom and shops nearby, and the center is very close to the hotel. Nothing to criticize—everything is great.

The location is fantastic, the staff are wonderful, and the food is prepared by the owner’s family, varied, tasty, and clean. The rooms are old.
