The room was beautiful and the location great; it stayed very clean, with daily high‑standard housekeeping. I felt cheated by the advertised “free breakfast” that turned out to be just two slices of over‑fried, cheap white bread with jam—definitely not a breakfast. We had to buy our own. The photo promised mosquito nets, but there were none.

The spot right next to Fifth Avenue—pedestrian and shopping—plus the parking and pool were all good. I liked everything.

The hut in the jungle was very comfortable and spotless, with a great spot only 10 minutes from Akumal; the road can be a bit adventurous, but a small car handled it fine. The pool is amazing. However, some details need fixing—door opening, toilet paper holder, fan, etc. The water pressure is very low, so the shower feels symbolic. These little things shape the impression; the rest of the huts look neglected.
