Great location. Clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff at the counter were untrained and rude. This isn’t the first Springhill Suites we’ve stayed at, but it was definitely the most frustrating check‑in process so far. Also, the parking fees for the hotel are absolutely ridiculous. Parking at the hotel should be free with our stay.

The place was very quiet, clean, and nice overall, but there were no shuttles to the airport.

Breakfast was solid, but parking costs $25 per calendar day even for a single-night stay, so I paid for two days. The lot is below the hotel, and the front desk charges five bucks for water.

Nice. First night we paid for two days of parking. They charge us more than $25 each calendar day. The parking lot is actually under the hotel. Oh, and the water from the front desk costs five dollars.

The room was large and comfortable, located close to the Monorail, and the breakfast was good.
