The buffet was not tasty, the toilet was far away, the price was high but the facilities didn’t match the cost, breakfast was very basic, and the staff seemed inexperienced in the service industry.

We stayed at the Premier Pearl Hotel in Vung Tau and the service really stood out—every staff member was friendly, attentive and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was fantastic, with great quality and plenty of variety, and the location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from the beach and all the city’s attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and well maintained, but it’s the staff and overall experience that made our stay unforgettable. We’d definitely return and would highly recommend the Premier Pearl Hotel to anyone visiting Vung Tau. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so great.

“I like facilities although it is a little far, but I feel disappointed about poor menu and exensive meal here. I may not”

The natural setting is lovely, with a fruit garden that’s full of produce in summer. I booked a deluxe king room with a great view; if you enjoy trees and peace, it’s a good spot. However, there are many durians in summer, so consider that if you’re sensitive to the smell. The meals are very pricey and the menu is dull; for example, 2 slices (one medium and one small) or 4–5 small pieces of squid cost 219,000 VND (~8 USD, excluding service charge and tax), which is far too expensive, especially when a 5‑star restaurant offers similar fare for less.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay - everything was top-notch. The only downside was the presence of insects, but I realize that's something that's hard to control. Despite this, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the hotel.

“Great stay, will be back. My kid love the stay”

My stay was a mixed bag - I loved the comfortable room and the friendly staff, who served up delicious food. However, I did notice that the room could have benefited from a bit more lighting, and the bathroom could have used some extra hooks for towels and clothes. I also had the same breakfast for two days running, which got a bit dull, and I think a coffee machine would have been a great addition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with a few tweaks, it could have been even better.
