“acceptable for a short stay.”
There was no breakfast and, in fact, no meals at all. It felt very impersonal; we didn’t see any staff at any time and I wouldn’t book an aparthotel again. The website should make it clearer that it’s an aparthotel.
I loved the room and the bed was very comfortable, but the staff were absent from the premises. Some windows wouldn’t shut and the bathroom door had no lock. Parking was a hassle, and I was disappointed that there was no bar or restaurant—though I knew that beforehand. The price felt too high.

The room was large, almost a flat with a small kitchen and a big sitting area, and the bed was comfortable—nothing else to note.
“Southwald shout stay”
The location was excellent, the place was spotless and well‑maintained even though we only stayed for two nights. It got a bit noisy when the pub closed, but that only mattered if you were outside the front; it might have been a one‑off.

The location is great, close to both the high street and the pier/beach. The room was roomy, clean, and had a really comfortable bed. Even though the hotel is unmanned, they left plenty of teas, coffees, water, and even a nightcap for when you got back from an evening.
