“OK, we just neede da place to sleep for one night”
The bed was clean and the breakfast options were good, but the floors weren't that clean and the ice machine was at the complete opposite end of the building from our room. A dead cockroach was on the floor, and when I told the staff they were unfazed.
“Convenient and we felt safe!”
The location to the job site and parking was very clean! No negatives.
“I recommend this place. Reasonable, easy access”
Easy access from the interstate, rooms were clean and comfy, and it was easy to get in and out of. The microwaveable egg sandwiches weren't the best, and the fruit was not very fresh.
“Nice staff but not so nice room”
The staff was very nice—each and every person. However, the room needed far more attention before checking in: marks on the walls (including one just above the clean towels that looks like a blood smear), a burned‑out bulb in the bathroom, a side desk that was actually falling apart so nothing could be put on it—meaning it was either not wiped down or they just didn't care. Even the microwave clock was way off. The last gripe was that there is no sheer curtain for the window, so it's either the heavy drape closed all the way or open to the parking lot (hello world—this is my butt!).
Andy was awesome at the front desk; he saw the handicap tag in my car window and made sure we got a ground‑floor accessible room close to a fire exit. He was very pleasant in every way possible, with a great smile, and just seems like a great caring person. Couldn't think of anything bad or concerning.
