“Very dirty but if you don't mind cleaning, it does have everything you need.”
The response to messages was quick, and having plenty of parking was convenient. The house was incredibly dirty—there was old onion in the sink and a hole, we had to wash all the kitchen utensils before using them, there was mildew around the sink, and an old ear plug on the bedroom carpet. It was also a very creaky house, so if you get up at night, everyone wakes up!
