“Hotel in a great location with a few added benefits thrown in.”

Very central location, exactly what you want in Ljubljana. The facilities; the roof‑top plunge pool is a nice addition and gives you a space to spend an hour or so. Breakfast was good. The room was a good size, limited view of the river, but that was expected. Although there is a plunge pool it was very cold – beware of that. Also, the pool had been hired out so was off limits to guests for a certain amount of time. The room had a musky/damp smell to it. Not overpowering but noticeable.

“A small and charming boutique hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way!”

We adored every detail of our stay at Vander Urbani Resort; the spot is perfect—just inside the old town beside the river and near shops and restaurants. The breakfast, included with our room, at the attached restaurant was the best we’d had during our entire 28‑day trip. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had all the essentials. What a wonderful place to stay. I also want to give well‑deserved praise to the front desk staff who offered the absolute best help and advice. THANK YOU. We liked everything about the property.

“Centraal gelegen hotel met uitzonderlijk goed ontbijt à la carte”

The hotel is great, located in the tourist heart of Ljubljana. The staff, both at reception and in the bar and restaurant, are exceptionally friendly and competent. Compliments for the especially extensive and well‑prepared à‑la‑carte breakfast. The rooftop terrace is also a nice bonus. Highly recommended! The design colours are on the darker side, which is a matter of taste. The bathroom and toilet in the room are separated only by a glass wall and a curtain, which some people might find less appealing.
