The front desk folks were friendly, but you could tell they were stretched thin—rooms didn’t get cleaned as often as they should. The resort’s location was a surprise; the map on the site placed it right by the city, yet it turned out to be about 12 km out. Food left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom didn’t even have a proper shower enclosure.
