The location and breakfast were fine, yet my room was quite dark, my friend had barely any hot water in his bathroom, the building feels a bit run‑down, and bar and restaurant service was slow and not very attentive; this is my third stay.

I found the hotel very comfortable, super well‑located, with attentive staff, a good breakfast, and they helped us a lot with recommendations and even booked tours to explore San Domingo; I can't think of anything that doesn't stand out.
