The entertainment team and overall staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and modern, and the food was good and varied. The Spanish and Asian restaurants have a very strict schedule; after 21:30 they close the buffet, giving only one hour to eat.

The food and pool area are nice. The beach is far away and the move‑in times are limited. There was misinformation about the Riu party.

The location is good, not far from the beach and the shopping centre. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff is competent. The buffet is varied and not too repetitive. Three cocktails were well made. The evening shows are generally decent. Smoking is poorly controlled; everyone smokes everywhere (on the loungers, at the bar, during the show, on the balcony). If you’re not a smoker, avoid this hotel. The pre‑made cocktails taste awful. The pool is too small for the hotel’s occupancy and the loungers are stacked on top of each other. Cleaning around the pool is very minimal. The desserts at the buffet are bad. The curtains in the rooms are flimsy and fall on you even without touching them.
