The location was great and the rooms were large. However, the shower head was broken and the towel rail was missing.

“Little disappointed for what we paid”

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful. I liked the tiles in the foyer and the pool was nice, though it was cold because it wasn’t a quiet summer. The microwave didn’t work, so we had to use the other room’s, and it wasn’t replaced. The air‑con in that room also didn’t work. We had no cutlery in our rooms and felt we deserved a discount for the inconvenience. Because everything wasn’t fixed in a timely manner—or at all—for our comfort during a work event, we were disappointed after a long day and just wanted a nice hot shower to relax.

“Disappointing”

The hotel was close to where we needed to be. When we tried to book the next night, we were told no rooms were available, even though the website listed two. The rooms and furniture are old and need updating. A PowerPoint was hidden behind the bed, the shower was unusable because of a huge step up into the bath, and the TV kept popping up settings that wouldn’t go away. The room smelled like a spilled bottle of air freshener. The air conditioner was either too hot or too noisy.
