Red Stone Resort

Only the location seemed good from outside. The property looked decent from the gate, but we were not allowed to enter, so I cannot comment on the inside facilities. I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Red Stone Resort. Upon arrival, the staff refused to allow us entry and informed us that no rooms were available, despite our travel and expectation of confirmed accommodation. The manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional and discourteous. There was a complete lack of proper communication or basic hospitality. The staff did not offer any assistance, clarification, or alternative options, which reflects poorly on the resort’s commitment to customer service. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and far below the standards one would expect from an establishment presenting itself as a reputable hotel. I do not recommend this property to anyone seeking reliability, professionalism, or respectful treatment

“Clean & safe”

The owner's warm hospitality really made my stay stand out, but what was a bit off-putting was the somewhat detached atmosphere at the resort. Despite that, it didn't bother me too much, and I still managed to feel at ease and safe during my time there, thanks in large part to the owner's kind and respectful demeanor.

“Best Stay Place near Sky Park”

The hotel's modern design and spotless rooms were a real plus, but what really made our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from extra towels to restaurant recommendations. The rooms themselves were a highlight - newly built and immaculately maintained, with all the mod cons. If I'm being picky, the location could be a bit better, but overall, the hotel's positives far outweighed the negatives.

The host at this place really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had. The room itself was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything I needed. Overall, I was really impressed with the level of service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.
