“We have higher expectations from a Hyatt.”

We traveled with our adult kids, and it was nice to have a room with two bedrooms, two baths, a small kitchenette, and a small living area. Everyone fit comfortably and could hang out together. The property was full, which is fine, but when full it can’t handle guests at breakfast. The breakfast area was a zoo; the staff couldn’t keep up with the demand, and plates, forks, bowls, and knives were missing. That’s not what one expects from a Hyatt. In one of the bathrooms, the shower didn’t work properly: lifting the device that directs water from the bottom outlet to the shower above only sent half the stream up, wasting water below and giving a weak stream above. As a result, it took twice as long to shower as usual.

“Great space with the ease of access he kitchen and separate bedroom”

The floors in the entrance and elevator could have been vacuumed, and there were many empty trash cans in the hallway near the kitchen area. There was no notification that the pool was out of service when we booked the room.

The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed, and the kitchen had an electric range and a nicely sized refrigerator; the laundry room was good.
