Everything was fine without exaggeration; the staff were extremely courteous, respectful, welcoming, clean, and quick to fulfill requests. The only downside was that prices seem to jump higher during exam periods, so a price drop would be appreciated.

A hotel that truly deserves more than five stars, especially for the way they greet guests and offer free coffee and tea.

Thank you very much to Nars Hotel; everything is beautiful – the room, the service, the hospitality. I appreciate the staff at the reception who did not disappoint us.

The location was spot on and the staff were all helpful, but the bathroom quality was just average.
