We skipped breakfast, but it smelled good. The carpet in the room seemed damp, and the air conditioning was set very low.

“ITS STARTS WITH THE STAFF!”

Everything was amazing: the young lady at the front was professional and the absolute sweetest. I even offered her Long Horn, but she declined. After a bad stay at Quality Inn in Starkville, this place and staff were our saving grace. Everything was amazing! There was nothing I didn't like about the place. I slept like a baby!

“The stay was fine. The housekeeper made it bad towards the end.”

The spot was spot on, but the housekeeping left a bad taste. On checkout day, our housekeeper kept rushing us out of the room, popping by 3–4 times and even standing right across the hall in front of our door, even though we were only about 10 minutes past the checkout time on her last try. I had to hit the restroom, so we were about 10 minutes late. My wife told the housekeeper I was using the restroom, yet she still pushed us out. When we finally left at exactly 11:13 am, I was on the elevator talking about the rudeness, and the housekeeper said, “Check out is at 11.” This was the first time in all my hotel stays that I was rushed out of my room, and my wife and I were not happy. We reported her to another staff member, hoping they would reprimand her because the service was absolutely terrible.
