“Очень очень неплохо”

The luxury apartments were just what you could call luxurious—very cozy, comfortable, fully equipped, spacious, and you can even bring dogs! Breakfast was pretty good, and the service was outstanding; you can resolve any issue via WhatsApp or the app in about half an hour. The downside was the lack of cooking utensils (though the stove and oven were there) and a kettle (which should have been in the room), but they quickly brought everything to us. For the price, there was nothing else to offer.

The new renovation, comfortable beds, and parking were great. However, there were no kitchen utensils, no lock in the toilet, the location was in a busy zone, and it was hard to find a café nearby for dinner.

The building is distinctive, far from the city center, offers free parking, smart apartment entry, and very quick technical support; there’s a restaurant downstairs, but we didn’t try it. The downside is there’s no toilet in the bathroom and no water heater in the kitchen.

Only the breakfast saved the trip. The apartment was still under renovation, with a construction band and a closed heating system; the rooms couldn't handle it.
