“Very bad stay”
There was a parking space, but avoid at all costs! The place was unsafe, unhygienic, and the service was terrible. We booked and paid for 5 adults and 1 child, but the experience was a nightmare. When we arrived, the room only had one double bed and one single extra bed. When we politely asked for the proper setup, the staff was incredibly rude. After escalating to customer service, the hotel’s “solution” was to cram two more extra beds into the same tiny room. There was literally zero floor space left to walk, creating a massive safety risk for my family. To make matters worse, the room smelled awful, no toiletries were provided (only soap after request), and they refused to give us blankets, claiming they had “run out.” We were left with only thin bed sheets. Hostile staff, unsafe conditions, and zero basic amenities. Do not stay here!
