The location is very good, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is great. There is noise from the location near the malecón, but they provide earplugs and help a lot; the upper terrace was poorly maintained with stagnant water, but if you don’t plan to stay there it’s okay.

I didn’t stay because next to the hotel is a noisy club‑restaurant and I couldn’t sleep. The location next to the noisy club‑restaurant is a problem.

The care and friendliness of the staff who attended us was always attentive to whatever we needed.

The room was very comfortable, but the bathroom smelled strongly of pipes. There’s no pool—just a sun‑bathing area—and no restaurant or café inside. Noise from nearby clubs and bars is loud.
