“Nice and perfect location!”
The staff were all nice and friendly. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, u‑bike, and self‑cleaning shops. The only downside was that the facilities felt a bit old and might need upgrading.

Even though check‑in was after 16:00, we got in earlier because the rooms were ready. There is parking under the hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was generally good, just a bit far from the metro. We had time until our flight and left our luggage in the lobby. When we returned, the hotel staff “really made sure we were sent to the airport” so we wouldn’t stay in the lobby, which felt like they wanted to get rid of us.

I was close to Taichung Station, so buying things or eating out before leaving the country was easy, and the airport was under 20 minutes away. The high‑speed rail took about half an hour. When a problem came up, the staff should have offered a solution quickly. This time we dealt with a power outage, and the real issue was how slow the resolution was and the unsatisfactory feedback from customer service.

Everything was fine, but the location was a little far from Taipei 101 World Trade Center. Breakfast didn’t suit me.

The power outage was a real headache; we spent an hour in a room without electricity before any fix was offered, and even after switching rooms the outage persisted. We booked two rooms, and the other room had a power cut when we used a hair dryer—both incidents involved hotel‑provided appliances, not simultaneous charging. I won’t go into more detail.
