The location and facilities were fine, but the staff treatment was awful; we experienced indirect discrimination and racism, so we moved to an elite hotel in Gävle city centre and never got our money back.

Worthless. Everything was bad: no shampoo left, expensive, the breakfast is supposedly included but isn’t, and the room is a tiny pigsty for 1700 kr.

The bed was laid down, the blanket was poor, the pillows were bad, and the toilet paper was insufficient.
