It’s a bit on the outskirts of Christchurch, but getting to downtown is easy, and the walk to Hagley Park and Riccarton is convenient. The room was clean and perfect for a relaxed stay. Thanks to the owner ☺️

We loved the comfortable accommodation and the good breakfast. The location was excellent, easy to reach from the airport and walkable into the center.
The location was great, the room was very roomy and private, and Jan was very responsive—she met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour.
The location was close to town.
We spent a night at Jan’s place and everything was perfect—she was super welcoming, the accommodation was spotless with comfy bedding, and the breakfast was hearty. Being just ten minutes from the airport made it very convenient. Thanks!
