“Overpriced”

The room was large and sparkling clean, but no one helped with the bags, and there were no bottled water options—only water filters, so you have to leave the room to refill. The amenities and service fell short of Hyatt standards.

“Fun, cool vibe hotel convenient location”

I’ve been here twice, and the location is great with a cool concept. The rooms are spacious, and the café/bar has a relaxed vibe. The café staff were very helpful and polite. However, the front‑desk staff at checkout were not as friendly; the women were curt and ruined the farewell after an otherwise nice stay. The café food was hit or miss— the toasted sandwich wasn’t toasted but microwaved, and the burger was okay one day and terrible the next. A group of seven all had the same experience.

The hotel is three blocks from Namba station and six blocks from Dotombori; just cross the street to Kuromon Market. It’s a safe area and the breakfasts are good.
