The hotel’s location is superb, but when we left at night the entrance lacked a light, making it hard to see where to insert the key.

Pablo was always friendly and attentive, and the place’s proximity to the plaza meant we could walk to all the sights; it was exactly what I wanted—close to the center, clean, and safe. The gardens were lovely, and we were left wanting to use the pool, which we didn’t have time for, but it looked great; they also suggested good dining spots. Thanks! However, because it’s in the city center, parking is limited, so you must book a spot and leave the keys there; if you forget something inside, you have to call to retrieve the keys or find another solution, which is understandable given the central location but worth noting.

The hotel is so close to the center that you can literally walk to the plaza, and the pool is great. The room curtains are very sheer and there’s constant noise.
