This hotel's normal operations are actually a motel, which isn't ideal for families with kids or elderly people. I think it's essential to inform customers about this when they book, so they can make an informed decision. The facilities seem standard for a three-star hotel, but it's not the best fit for families.

Great location, just a short 30-minute walk to all the main tourist spots in Cali. The hotel's proximity to everything made it really convenient. However, I did find the mattress a bit too firm for my liking.

The staff's attention was really top class. That's all I have to say about that.

I loved the central location - it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Bulevar del rio, calle del sabor, and the Jairo Varela museum. The staff member Brayan was super helpful and showed us how to get to all the local spots. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff didn't quite live up to his standards. The room had everything we needed, but the bathroom and beds could use an update - they're looking a bit old.

I was really happy with the location and the staff were very attentive. However, I did find the mattress a bit too hard.
