“Peor servicio jamas encontrado en 20 años. Clasistas y racistas”
Nothing good. The management accused me of theft, returned my belongings without asking, just accused me.

The large house had a very well‑maintained, relaxed vibe, almost like being at home, with always friendly and attentive staff, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped room with a small kitchen, and a quiet, safe location in the heart of Polanco. Because it was a renovated old villa, the rooms varied a lot, which wasn’t always clear from the photos. A better explanation (maybe with a floor plan) and a note about the room’s view on the website would help. Breakfast is very simple and could be more complete.

The spot is amazing, the room is super quiet and comfy, and the staff is always super attentive and on top of everything.

Since I’ve stayed there for both work and pleasure, I’ve really liked its location and facilities, and the staff’s service is formidable. Yesterday, the cleaning service wasn’t done early, so we had to return in the afternoon to rest before resuming activities; when we asked the cleaning lady to come back later, she said she already had to leave, which was a bit awkward because the room wasn’t cleaned and we didn’t receive fresh towels, water, or other supplies until we went back to the lobby.

The location was spot‑on, and I could walk to all the amenities. The hotel itself feels very fun and quirky. The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping refreshed the room almost immediately after I left each day. Security was always there to open the gate and escort us inside. All in all, it was a great experience. It would be nice to have an elevator for luggage, but I understand the architecture limits that; the staff helped me with my bag on the way up, and luckily I didn’t have to carry anything else heavy up the stairs for the rest of the trip.
