It’s location. I paid a lot of money but the TV didn’t work.

We were greeted by Victoria and later enjoyed a great meal at Kouzina right below the lodging. In the evening we also met Demetris, who proved to be an ideal host. I’d gladly recommend this place to anyone. The Dolphin next door was friendly and offered a good pint. The surrounding area, including Brean Down, is gorgeous and definitely worth a visit. Only minor annoyance was occasional door bangs from neighboring rooms in the evening, but they didn’t disturb our sleep.

The place was clean and tidy, with easy access and parking right nearby. The beach is within walking distance, and the main centre can be reached easily by bus or on foot.

We can’t find any fault with this location! The staff are wonderful and the food is exquisite. The bedrooms are very comfortable too. We had just returned from a holiday in Bristol, and this was a fantastic way to end our trip.
