I thought it was expensive for what it offered and for the structure it provides—hotel price with hostel facilities. I have no complaints about the room or the receptionist; everything was fine and she was very friendly. But the price feels like a hotel with good amenities. I booked because I needed the location, with only a week’s notice, so it was pricey and I stayed only two days. For a longer trip or if you expect full hotel service, I’d recommend another place. If you just want a comfortable bed and a good shower, you can rent here without worry. The location was excellent. We heard noise from other residents at night. The building is shared with other tenants.

“Localização excelente para o turista, perto de tudo!! Quarto aconchegante..”

The location for a tourist couldn’t be better—just 100 m from the SAN Miguel market, 150 m from Plaza Mayor, and about 200 m from the Royal Palace, right in the middle of everything. The building is old and the apartments are being renovated, which causes some discomfort, but it’s absolutely understandable.

“Greit to stay!”

I had a great stay at this hotel. Communication was excellent, and even after reception had closed, I was able to enter easily using the access code. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was also perfect, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!
