Zenith Premiere Hotel Baubau

“Great, comfortable stay.”

I stayed in a cozy room right next to a large shopping mall and a hospital in Baubau, and the staff were attentive and helpful, making the experience very comfortable.

“Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement”

I was initially impressed by the sheer size of the building, feeling wow it’s great, and the staff responded quickly when they understood me, but my stay at Zenith Premier Hotel in Baubau turned out to be very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the concierge was nowhere to be found, so we had to struggle with our luggage on our own—no help whatsoever. Then the real problem: the bed sheets were dirty. I tried calling housekeeping, but nobody spoke English. I then called the reception, and after using Google Translate, I managed to explain that I needed clean sheets. Someone came to replace them, but unbelievably, the new sheets were just as dirty as the previous ones. Seriously? This is supposed to be a “premier” hotel—at the very least, staff should be able to communicate in English, and basic cleanliness should be a given. If you can’t train your staff to communicate, at least make sure the laundry is in order. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless management takes serious action to improve.

“Sangat bagus !”

All of the staff are so kind and polite, but the water pressure was a little weak.

“Wahrscheinlich eine der besseren Unterkünfte aber allenfalls 2.5 Sterne”

Die Lage direkt neben einem Einkaufscenter, mit Restaurants, ist gut. Frühstückauswahl war gut. Modernes Hotel mit Pool!. Das erste Zimmer war nicht bezugsfertig, das zweite nicht richtig gereinigt. Handtücher fehlten. Das Personal ist überfordert, obwohl nicht viele Gäste anwesend waren
