It was exactly what I wanted—clean and easy to reach—but the bathroom lacked a clothes hanger and the shower pressure was barely adequate.

The hotel feels new and modern, the room was spotless, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, and there’s a good restaurant nearby.

“Bad behaviour, very much disappointed”

I booked a month in advance, but when I arrived they told me all rooms were full and that I should come back after 6 am; I had gone with elders and a child that morning at 6 am, and I’d called 3–4 days earlier to confirm the room, and they’d said it was available; after arriving, they denied me a room—so disappointing and embarrassing, and I had to find a place for my family. They refunded me, but I won’t trust them again and I don’t recommend booking here; it’s negligent.

The hotel was surprisingly neat and clean, which was a big plus. However, there's a major drawback - no lift is available, which made it a real struggle to get our bags up to the room. Still, the cleanliness made up for it.
