The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, but the parking fee—though modest—was not disclosed and the lot is shared with a restaurant that doesn’t charge its patrons, which feels absurd. Also, the restaurant list they provided was useless.

The lobby looked stunning after its recent makeover, and the front desk team were all friendly and helpful. However, the hallways felt dated, and our room, while roomy, had several issues: the pull‑out couch mattress was stained and quite unsanitary, one bed was overly soft and made a loud thud whenever it was moved, and the bathroom, though spacious, had an old tub with peeling finish, worn grout on the floor tiles, and the area under the sink wasn’t fully clean.

The location and the size of the rooms were great, yet the air‑conditioning was excessively noisy and the bathroom exhaust was also very loud, plus the cleaning only happened every two days.
