The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal—just a short walk to the tram. The only complaint is that the bar menu could be more extensive.

We stayed in an upgraded room that was very clean, spacious, and had two sinks in the bathroom for convenience. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, and the balcony with river views is wonderful. The staff were polite and resolved issues quickly, and the breakfast was very decent. If we visit Bilbao again, we’ll definitely stay here again.
