“Localização e atendimento excelentes”
The hotel is well located, has great facilities, and a varied and tasty breakfast. The staff are all very polite, attentive, and helpful.
The hotel sits right where you want to be, the room was comfortable, and the front desk staff were genuinely helpful. The price felt a bit steep – I think it could be about 20 % lower – and the breakfast menu didn’t mention you could order a fried egg on the spot, which I only discovered after finishing my coffee. On the bright side, the ramp they have is excellent quality.
“Excelente custo benefício”
Staying here was convenient thanks to the central location, and the service was flawless with solid facilities. The only downside was that the shower never heated up, which was a real let‑down. Otherwise, everything else worked fine.
“Pernoitando”
Everything about the place was spot on – the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location couldn't be better. I didn't run into any issues at all.
The reception team were friendly and the breakfast spread was decent, which made the mornings pleasant. Unfortunately the bed was a nightmare – way too soft and sagging, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The staff helped, but the mattress ruined the stay.
