Nothing positive; this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Beds are coming in the rooms, the bathroom feels like a government roadside bathroom, and the lifts are not working.

The location was good: a short walk from Assi Ghat, but it did not feel like a professional hotel at all. It was way overpriced for the quality of the room and other facilities. The "restaurant" was sub‑par, and the staff were not very friendly.

The staff were helpful, but the hotel was filthy—cockroaches, mice, and rooms that were never cleaned. I worried about catching something; towels were dirty and damp. Breakfast wasn’t a buffet; it was just toast with jam made in the reception and delivered to the room.

The location is convenient for traveling, yet the room we got was much smaller than the photos showed. The pictures should have clearly indicated that the specific room we received was significantly smaller.
