I want to thank the hotel owners; they’re amazing people who are always ready to help. The hotel is clean, the room is good, and the location is wonderful. They helped with our suitcases, which deserves a big thank you. The room has a fridge and a kettle, and there’s also a lovely shared kitchen. Slippers, toiletries and a toothbrush with toothpaste are provided. I’ve been to Armenia many times, but this cozy hotel makes me want to return.

Robert and Arthur were super friendly – they even waited for us after a late check‑in. The room was cozy, had a laundry machine (just bring your own detergent) and a shared kitchen that was quiet after 10 pm. Free water and coffee every day, a balcony to sip on, and a market right outside made it convenient, though the road noise can be a bit loud if you open the window.

The owners really care about making guests comfortable – I could tell they’re invested in the experience. Ira, the housekeeper, was sweet and helpful. The price matched the quality, so it felt like a solid deal.
