The location was really good, just a short walk to restaurants and beaches. The host and hostess were very friendly, and the private balcony was nice. However, the bedding was poor and the air‑conditioning worked oddly; the toilet had insects, and the toilet paper ran out twice.

Very central, with friendly owners. The shared kitchen had a fridge and they set up mosquito‑repellent smokes at night. The bed was comfortable, hot water was fine, and the AC worked well. But there were three different cleaning products and a sponge in the bathroom, the blankets were more like small towels, and the shared kitchen was dirty. You can hear everything, so bring earplugs, and communication was difficult.

The villa was not bad—simple but clean and odorless. Hot water was available, the air‑con was very good and quiet. The photos were a bit misleading; we expected a kitchen, but it’s on the second floor, not the first. The room had a bed, a desk, a clothes rack, and a sideboard shelf. There was a bit of noise, and they showed us where the fridge and dishes with a kettle were, but there were no stoves. The location was very convenient, a 5‑minute walk to the beach, almost downtown, with nearby shops. Overall, we liked it. Breakfast was on the street under a canopy with tables and chairs.

A good place for a few days in Mirissa. The location is perfect, with shops, the beach, and cafés nearby. The water heater in the bath didn’t work.
