The spot is close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach, though the route is peppered with motorcycles. The toilet sometimes fails to flush, the shower pressure is weak, and one room had a moldy odor. Workers were chatting, partying, and blasting music all night, keeping my parents awake—unacceptable. With ongoing construction, this place should be avoided.

The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was very worn and felt dirty. Gaps around the doors let bugs in when the lights were on. A construction site fronts the property, and you could hear loud talking and shouting from nearby residents in the evenings. It’s a good spot if you have a scooter, but walking to town felt unsafe, so we had to use a rideshare to get out.

The room was very spacious with a huge bathroom. The host is lovely and very accommodating. I arrived well after check‑in time and he had set up a self‑check‑in. I also left my bag after checkout to go for a walk. The property is off‑center but very quick to walk. The wifi signal is very weak.
