Arrived early and the manager was super rude, telling me to leave the property and that I could only check in after 3 pm. He even mentioned charging me for early check‑in if I stayed. I wasn’t allowed to use the common areas before the official time, which felt pointless. The private room didn’t have its own bathroom, but the shared one was clean.

The house was gorgeous and spotless, with a big, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms—super convenient. But the rules were annoying. The AC only ran at night, so the day was swelteringly hot. The bathroom had a dirty hand towel for the first two days, then they removed it and the next four days had no towel at all. When I checked in at 11 am and asked to stay a bit longer, they told me I had to leave or pay an extra $25.

It was decent. The upgrades were a nice change—new bathrooms, a cleaner fridge, and the air‑conditioned room (I only noticed it on the second night). Overall, it was fine, though some things could be better.

O Neil always goes the extra mile—nothing is too much trouble for him. He’s been amazing on both occasions my son stayed there, first for three nights and now for four.
