Everything was nice and the location was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, but the room could have been cleaner—used towels were hanging on the back of the bathroom door from previous guests and the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t very clean.

The staff were welcoming, the location was great, and getting around Ocean City was pretty easy, but for first‑time visitors the staff didn’t explain what amenities were available, so we didn’t use any; the room was a disappointment—we stayed in the outer building expecting ocean front, but it was VERY NOISY with thin walls, people coming and going all night and we heard EVERYTHING, which made sleeping horrible; the room was barebones and we had to operate the TV ourselves, and since Ocean City doesn’t really come alive until dark we missed a lot.

There was no breakfast offered. The room had no bathroom and I had to pay for parking.
