“Perfeita!”

A Eliane attends to every detail so the experience feels flawless. The decor is tasteful, everything is brand‑new and comfy. One day my mother wasn’t feeling well and she brought tea right to our room. We liked everything, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect on the square of the biggest and prettiest Cairu ice cream shop we’ve seen in town, the shower was fine, the Natura amenities were nice, but we loved the service the most! Marta and the café ladies are also very attentive and kind.

The accommodation was excellent! Everything was new and very clean! The breakfast didn’t have many options, but everything was served fresh and of outstanding quality! I was met with exceptional friendliness and warmth.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but Forest In Belém surprised me. The staff listened carefully and quickly anticipated help to resolve issues, making my stay smoother. The owner and employees are distinct in their treatment and willingness to assist. Because the hotel isn’t large, this keeps the relationship close. The room is spacious, very clean, with good sheets, and the breakfast is also great. The shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are Natura (excellent quality). Everything in the rooms—beds, linens, and bath items—is brand new. Etc.

“Estadia maravilhosa”

We only have praise: quality service, pleasant environment, comfortable room, very good breakfast with quality products. Plus a few treats: coffee and tea available in the room. No complaints. Just thanks to Nilton, Eliane, and Marta.
