The Rome room featured striking designs and decorations, and the shower had a tile archway with a bench that felt really nice. Because they swapped my room, they offered a complimentary dessert that was delicious—brownies and cheesecake topped with strawberries and blueberries. Breakfast consisted of crepes with banana, berries, whipped cream, and syrup—simple but very satisfying and worth the price. I would have liked to meet the management, but I never saw anyone; the food was left outside the room door after they knocked and took it away. The bed was super comfy. Overall, a great experience, thank you!😀 The bathroom lacked a door, just a curtain, which I guess fit the Rome theme. I had originally chosen the Paris room, but something happened and they traded me rooms; I guess it had a fireplace, while the Rome room only had fake candles.

It was clean, had nice decor, and was easy to get to. The reception music was a little loud, but it stopped in a decent time.

The location was great, easy to reach, and close to restaurants and other businesses. The room offered a good amount of space. The jetted two-person tub was amazing and helped me relax. Breakfast was tasty, and the decor was fun, making the stay feel like a little vacation. The temperature is controlled offsite and you have to contact someone else to adjust it. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot and couldn’t adjust the temp; even with the ceiling fan on it was just too warm for comfort. I couldn’t contact the staff at 3:00 am to make it cooler, so I had to deal with it, making it a little hard to sleep. One other thing that didn’t affect us but may affect others is the TV: you need a streaming service to access entertainment on the TV, and the room didn’t seem to come with the ability to access TV options.

I liked the self service aspect and when i had a question i could ask over text and they responded right away. The pillow was too hard
