“Great location and service. Not the best sleep!”
The location and staff were amazing, and the staff have remained exceptional since I was last there 12 years ago. I’ve stayed a few times, and the last time before this trip was 12 years ago. The bedding is now very average and uncomfortable, not like it used to be, and it doesn’t match the rest of the experience. I’m not sure if I’ll stay again.

The spot is great, in a nice part of town, and the rooms were spacious enough for us to work. The lighting was good, the bed was comfortable, and the bath looked nice—just a pity I never got to use it. The staff were friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole stay a delight. I felt looked after very well. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I have seen in the Sydney CBD hotels. Location of the hotel is perfect. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the CBD as soon as you enter the lobby you enter a different calm and friendly world

The room was very comfortable, clean, and smelled amazing, and we were close to everything. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable, though the sofa‑bed mattress was in poor condition and uncomfortable.
