I was charged for breakfast but never received it; the staff claimed the chef was absent and didn’t arrange anything even though I was checking out early, so I had to fly internationally without having eaten.

The place was spotless, the security felt solid, and both check‑in and check‑out times were very flexible. No complaints at all.
