The hotel was impeccably clean; there was no dust in the room, the bathroom had no lime scale, no faulty silicone seals or any other issues—just super tidy and well-maintained for the price paid.

The bed springs were promptly replaced! The location is quiet despite being in a busy area. The breakfast buffet was not very varied or fresh, and the opening times were inconvenient.

The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful 👍 The breakfast was very good. The mattresses are not back‑friendly and are too hard, so I couldn't sleep well—what a pity ☹️
