这个房子就在海边，靠近车站。房子很少，院子大，很私密。房子里住着一个管家住附楼，很安全。楼下有超市，kfc,餐厅，很便利

“Große Villa.”

We booked three rooms, so we effectively had an entire villa to ourselves. A parking spot is right next to the building. The rooms are set up practically and each one has air conditioning. The beach is very narrow and not suitable for swimming; if you want to do a quick shopping trip, you can go to Matar. Unfortunately, we never found the usual crustaceans in all of Sri Lanka.

The place sits beside the bus station and right in front of the sea. The service man is very kind, though he doesn’t speak English. The owner didn’t keep up with WhatsApp during our stay. The room smelled closed‑in, probably because it was low season.

A hidden gem in Matara. The spot is unbeatable in Matara, just a stone’s throw from the bus station. KFC, P&S, and Indian restaurants are within a 1‑ to 5‑minute walk. Mr Sampatha is a real friend who helps with everything. I hope to come back to this gem again.
