Room. There are still many things under construction. The room rate per day was expensive compared to other better hotels where the facilities were more than this unit & less expensive.

The view was very nice, and the staff did their best and were super kind. However, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, the building was under renovation and it was a huge mess, and it did not look like the photos at all. The restaurant was still under construction, so it definitely didn’t feel like a five‑star hotel.

Everything from the views to the service was great, making it a pleasant experience. The restaurants and shops were quite far from the hotel, but the staff delivered the food, so that was acceptable.

The property was excellent with amazing mountain views, and the bathtub in the room was a bonus. Walking to the nearby tea garden took 2‑3 minutes. The kitchen was not yet operational when we visited, but the staff was very helpful in getting us supplies and ordering from nearby restaurants.
