Breakfast was varied with tasty pastries. The only hiccup was that the cappuccino function on the coffee machine didn’t work. The breakfast hall in the Italian restaurant was a hit.

Room amenities are solid and the breakfast restaurant is amazing. The gym could use better equipment, and the breakfast menu could be improved.

The new, modern property offers a one‑bedroom apartment option and several restaurants plus a nice cafe linked to the hotel, but it sits in an older part of Almaty and the road in front of the hotel was blocked during the final days of our stay.
