Location, location, location. If you’re not driving. The Lavapies neighbourhood is multicultural in the best sense. There should be basic accommodations, no doubt, but not at the price that Booking or the hotel itself advertises.

The presence of cockroaches in the room where they keep luggage, the bathroom, and in rooms in general; I think they have a pest problem that must be fumigated.

El aire acondicionado, el baño bastante limpio , ubicación y personal agradable. El olor al entrar al bajar las escaleras quizás que la habitación habría que limpiarla a fondo

Just one lady staff was good, but overall the experience was terrible. Cleaning was okay but dusty, the bedsheets were old and had bed bugs. The room was on the lower ground floor with no window, and the noise from people talking on the road side was loud and clear.
